The guest list
Who in your group is ready for the door?
Add each person's age and what they carry. Nothing leaves this page.
The list checks only the published door rules: 19 and over, valid government photo ID, and a second ID with the name for anyone 21 or younger. Staff decide at the door and may ask for ID again inside.
- Everyone must be 19 or older.
- Everyone carries valid government-issued photo ID.
- Anyone aged 21 or younger also carries a second ID that shows their name.
- A person trespassed or self-excluded at any Ontario gaming property cannot visit.
At the door
Getting the group in
Ontario law sets the minimum age at 19 for every guest at Cascades Casino North Bay, and each one needs valid photo ID issued by a government. A guest aged 21 or younger also brings a second piece of ID that shows their name. ID can be requested by staff at any moment of the evening, so carry both pieces throughout.
The guest list beside this section checks each person in your group against those rules. People who are trespassed or self-excluded, from this casino or from any Ontario gaming property, may not visit.

There and back
There and back
North Bay Transit Route 4 Junction runs from the Transit Terminal on Oak Street to Cascades Casino North Bay and back. Its stops include Lakeshore Drive, Premier Road and Pinewood Park Drive. On Saturday the 11 PM bus only heads out: its last stop is the casino, and it does not carry anyone back to town. Sunday buses run from 8 AM to 7 PM. The City of North Bay posts the full timetable at northbay.ca.
By car, parking on the casino lot costs nothing. The casino stands 8.4 km from central North Bay in a straight line, and any road is longer. No shuttle or taxi stand is posted, so settle the ride home before the evening begins.

Playing online in Ontario
Cascades Casino North Bay is land-based, and its pages offer no online play. A private online casino is legal in Ontario only after the AGCO, the regulator, has registered it. It must also have an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, whose list of such sites is at igamingontario.ca. OLG runs OLG.ca, the Ontario government's online casino. Anyone playing must be 19 or older and physically in Ontario.
Paid links in this guide appear on the home page and are labelled Ad. They lead to a private online casino partner that has no tie to the casino, and this guide earns a commission from it. The partner may change over time.
